About Us

Camel Heating Ltd provides domestic plumbing, heating and gas services across Ashford and the surrounding areas.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any additional work or unforeseen defects discovered during the works will be discussed and agreed before further work is undertaken.

Deposits

For larger projects, a deposit may be required to cover the initial cost of materials.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be advised on your invoice.

Guarantees

Camel Heating Ltd provides a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.

Exclusions

Our workmanship guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, frozen pipework, power surges, lack of servicing, third-party alterations, existing defects or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and ensure pets and valuables are appropriately managed during our visit.

Late Payment

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Camel Heating Ltd reserves the right to recover any outstanding balance and reasonable recovery costs through the appropriate legal channels where permitted by law.

Cancellation

Please provide as much notice as possible if cancelling an appointment. Deposits paid towards specially ordered materials may be non-refundable.

Liability

Camel Heating Ltd maintains appropriate insurance and will exercise reasonable care when carrying out work. Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out unless otherwise required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
